Get ready to explore the natural treasures of the Benagil Caves, some of the best Algarve beaches, and stunning rock formations hidden along the beautiful Algarve coast.
Take your cameras, because the famous Benagil Caves will make great photos. Of course, you cannot miss the world-famous Marinha Beach, the Captain’s Cave and the Albandeira Beach (among other secrets that we are not going to reveal yet! ah ah ah).
Admire the caves and wild Algarve Beaches that are only accessible by sea. The highlight of this tour will obviously be the world-famous Benagil Cave.
What will you do
Your 1-hour guided Benagil cave tour will start in Armacao de Pera.
Climb aboard our new and comfortable boats, where our friendly team and I will take you on an amazing cave tour to discover the Algarve coast.
Along the way to the Benagil Cave, we will pass inside another 10 caves and about 15 best beaches of algarve, many accessible only by the sea!
The coast between Armacao de Pera and Benagil Beach is simply beautiful and definitely worth the boat ride. We highly recommend it!

Other things to note
During our Benagil Cave Tour, you can take all your belongings with you on the boat (as long as you do not disturb other guests).
When entering the boat you can get your feet wet.
You can bring your 4-legged friend, we just ask you to tell us before the experience so we can check with the other guests if this is not a problem for them.
All sea experiences are subject to the weather and sea conditions. In case of bad conditions, we’ll contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
By law, it’s not allowed to disembark inside the Benagil cave (only by SUP or kayak). The boat will enter the cave so you can enjoy it closely from the boat

Where will we be
During our Benagil cave Tours, we will visit sea caves only accessible by the sea, including the famous Benagil cave and also some of the best beaches in Algarve.
We will show you the best of the Algarve coast from Armacao de Pera Beach to Benagil where we will show you around 10 other sea caves, many of them only known to the locals. Some examples are the Cova Redonda Cave, Marinha Beach, Albandeira Beach, Captains Cave, among others.
Frequently asked questions
The meeting point is at para Armacao de Pera Fishermen’s Beach next to Pedro’s Bar.
You will see a big black flag in the beach sand that says Tridente Boat Trips. If you need, right next to the beach there is a big parking space (2€/all day).

Comfortable clothes
Beach shoes like flip flops, sandals, etc. You can go barefoot on the boat, but the access is by the sand on the beach.

Of course! You’re welcome to bring your phone and camera to take pictures of the beautiful cost line. Our boat is new and very stable, however you’re at sea and you should be careful with your devices. We don’t take any responsibility of lost objects
Your health is our top priority and we have taken special measures to keep all guests safe during and after their activity.
We follow the recommendations of the Portuguese General Health Department, the Manual of Good Practices for Maritime Tourism companies, and we also have the Clean & Safe certification from Turismo de Portugal.
Strict cleaning – we increase the frequency of disinfecting surfaces and areas of high traffic between each activity, and the hand sanitizer will be available to all our guests. All life jackets are disinfected between each use.
Social Distancing – all guests will have to wear a mask during the circulation in the surrounding space and until the moment when the activity starts in the water. As soon as the activity ends, they will have to put on a mask again. Also, that all employees use the necessary PPE. We guarantee the performance of the watersports activities only with members of the same group.
Wellness checks – Employees perform daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free. We ask guests to voluntarily accept to take their temperature measurements. If you or someone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we will work directly with you to cancel or reschedule your activity.
Yes, they do! However, children under the age of 10 pay a reduced price of 12,5€ for the Essential Benagil Cave Tour and 17,5€ for the Sunset Benagil Cave Tour.
Why?
By the law, children’s and babies count as one passenger for the total capacity of the boat (10 people), even if they go to their parents’ lap so please always include your children or baby when selecting the number of people to book.
We advise families with small children to book one of the morning tours.
Please ask a member our crew to get you a seasickness pill (“Vomidrine 50 mg” – which contains “Dimenidrinato”) to take up to 30 minutes before the trip.
