General Terms and Conditions
Check-in must be done up to 15 minutes before the activity, at the service desk of Moments Watersports in Armação de Pêra Beach.
VAT included at the current legal rate.
Moments Watersports reserves the right to change the PVPs.
Moments Watersports is not responsible for the loss of personal property during the activities.
Check-in/boarding will be denied to customers who come under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
With the purchase of the ticket, Moments Watersports is authorized to capture and disseminate the photographs obtained within the scope of the event to which the ticket refers.
If you do not authorize the collection and use of photographs and videos with your image, you must, for this purpose, make this express declaration at the check-in counter.
All of our equipments meet European safety standards.
Our company has all mandatory insurances, is licensed by Turismo de Portugal (RNAAT nº 349/2015).
The personal data collected by Moments watersports during the booking process is intended solely and exclusively for its processing and for the customer’s check-in. The customer’s data will not be used for any other purpose unless the customer authorizes the use of the data for the purposes of Email Marketing.
Cancellation Policies
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
No-shows will be charged the full price.
