We will meet at Armação de Pêra beach, where you have the possibility to store personal items at our service desk.
For this stand-up paddle experience you don’t need to have any previous experience but you do need to feel comfortable in the water.
Before you start the learning process of this amazing water sport, you will receive a brief theoretical lesson on what to do and what not to do during your adventure with these inflatable paddleboards and also some tips from our certified instructor. Don’t hurry, stand up paddle is a very popular water sport because it’s very easy to learn. We’ll give you a life jacket and when you’re ready, let’s go to the water!

- You must be 8/10 or older to participate.
- Your should feel comfortable in the sea
- Not recommended for people with back and heart problems
- It is not accessible to wheelchairs
- Not recommended for pregnant women

Huuum … Most likely, you’ll end up in the water. So be prepared for that 😉 just your swimsuit is enough. Or you can wear some shorts or leggings or a t-shirt or lycra to protect yourself from the wind or the sun.!
We don’t want you to look like a lobster, so if you don’t have tanned skin like the locals here (lucky people = D), during the summer it’s best to bring sunscreen.
If you are like us and do you don’t like the cold, during winter it may be better to bring a thermal top. If you want to get even hotter (“It’s getting hot in hereeee”), you can also bring a wetsuit.

The meeting point it’s at Armacao de Pera beach, behind Holiday Inn Algarve Hotel. We wear a Bright Green T-Shirt and its very easy to identify us. Don’t Forget to arrive 15 minutes at the meeting point before your inflatable paddle board adventure. Just in case you come by car, there is free parking on the right side of the Holiday Inn Algarve Hotel. You can park there, and after you just have to go downstairs to the beach.

No, sorry, just for pros. WE ARE KIDDING :)) There is no need for previous experience, after all, we are not going to run any race. This paddle board rental is designed for beginners and you don’t need to be super fit. Your certified guide will give you a brief theoretical explanation and give you all the necessary advice. If you experience any difficulties, he is always there to help.
Depending on the ease of the kid, from 8 -10 years can already be possible, but this also depends on the conditions, so we strongly recommend to contact us before booking for your child.
When you rent a SUP board in Armação de Pêra, you can paddle around Armacao de Pera Beach. The rental is restricted to the area around Armação de Pêra Beach and it’s not allowed to go to the caves alone due to safety reasons.
If you want to discover the Algarve caves and wild beaches, you can to that by kayak or by boat
Of course, you don’t need to be Michael Phelps but you need to feel comfortable at sea.

Hum… We know that you must really want to try this inflatable stand up paddle board experience and that not even the rain stops you. Perfect! Because neither do we. As long as the wind speed does not exceed 25 miles per hour, it is not thundering and there is no sea turmoil we are ready to let you try this amazing experience! If the weather conditions are not met to do this caves tour safely, we will reschedule your mega inflatable sup board experience.
The risk of injury is very low. This is partly due to the level of safety precautions taken before and during the experience and also due to the use of life jackets and by the constant presence of an experienced monitor.
